By declaring my New Year's resolutions here each year, I strengthen my commitment to following through.
ResolutionsEvery year when the season for reflection and new resolutions comes around, I'm reminded anew that life doesn't unfold the way I planned and imagined. This time too, reading back the resolutions I wrote when welcoming 2025, it strikes me freshly what I had hoped that year would look like.
ResolutionsIn 2024, I seemed to say "time is really flying" every single month. With so many things happening all at once, I felt a little overwhelmed — and time just flew by. Since last year, I started writing my annual reflections and resolutions as public blog posts, as looking back on them a year later gives me the greatest insights and stirs the most emotions.
Resolutions(Though it's still awkward to call 2023 last year) one of the best decisions I made last year was starting this blog and writing. Reading others' 2023 year-end reflections, I'd wondered whether mine were worth sharing publicly, and had been planning to just jot down resolutions privately in Notion.
